1. A $10 deposit is due at time of booking to secure your session date & time, deposit is non refundable and non transferable for no shows. If session needs to be rescheduled, you must give 24 hours advance notice, or a new deposit is required.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO cell phone pictures or videos are allowed in my studio. If you are caught taking a picture or video, session will immediately end!
3. The only people who may attend the session are the ones being photographed, please refrain from bringing grandparents, aunts, uncles etc unless granted permission prior to the session.
4. You will receive edited images from the session within 2-3 weeks of session date. The gallery will stay active for 30 days starting from when you received gallery. There will be a 10$ fee to reopen any gallerys that weren't downloaded in that time.
5. There may be absolutely no editing or altering of any kind done to any images taken by Jessica Stringer Photography. This includes filters, Facebook auto enhancer etc.
6. You must message/email me to confirm your appointment 24 hours before your session.
7. Remaining payment is due at the session, cash or check- credit card or online payment is NOT excepted besides for deposit.
8. I do not allow shoes in my studio for many reasons, even those who are being photographed. The biggest reason being cleanliness. There are no exceptions to this rule. Bare baby feet are always in style & socks are optional for parents.
9. Jessica Stringer Photography is not responsible or reliable for any injury's or accidents that may occur.
10. Jessica Stringer Photography is not responsible for quality/cropping of prints order from anywhere other than directly from the gallery.
